toを前に持ってきて，schoolsとplacesが並列だったのが，ネイティブ朱字では，toも並列に含まれています。
今回はnot only but alsoが関わっていますが，以前も別の文で同じような並列でのtoの位置に関する修正を，別の方から受けていたのを思い出しました。
