Comment:
"The restaurant is closed at 14:00 for lunch time" is wrong for four reasons:
1. We don't say, '14:00' - we say, 2.00 pm.
2. We don't say 'for lunch time'. 'The restaurant is closed for lunch' is correct.
3. 2.00 pm is after lunch time, so they are not in fact closed for lunch.
4. Why would a restaurant close at lunch time? That's when it would be open. Is the restaurant closed while the staff eat lunch?
Now, "The restaurant is closed at two because lunch time finishes then." is perfectly OK.
My suggestion would be: "The lunch sitting at the restaurant finishes at 2.00."
