→I'm not going to soccer practice today. →definite arrangement=現在進行形(be doing)・ 確定的な未来・予定)
optional: I’m not practicing soccer today. →definite arrangement
optional: I don’t have to go to soccer practice today.
Comment:
Present simple is used for habits and routines: e.g. I go to soccer practice every Monday.
Usually we don’t say “I’m going to practice rugby / soccer / netball today.”
We say “I’m going to rugby / soccer / netball practice today.”
But this is also optional:
I'm not going to practice soccer today. →未来(be going to do)・前もって考えられていた意図
